​WHO WE ARE

Tricity Home Educators Association (THEA) is a support group providing activities, resources and support for homeschool families in Bismarck, Lincoln, Mandan and surrounding communities of North Dakota. We've been supporting homeschoolers in this area since 1996 and are the largest support group in North Dakota.

Whether you're just starting out or in the middle of your journey, we're here from you. You don't have to follow a certain curriculum or style. You don't have to participate in everything we do and it doesn't matter if you participate in other groups too. You will find community here. 

 

Our goal is to provide a community of support for families who have chosen to homeschool their children. We believe that every family has unique needs and we strive to provide a variety of resources and activities to meet those needs.



WHAT WE DO

We offer social events and activities, clubs and classes, field trips, meet-ups, a homeschool curriculum library, teen banquet, graduation, access to the school district teachers' library, HSLDA discount, Schoolhouse Teachers Discount, support and encouragement for homeschooling parents as well as state and local homeschooling news.
